Print Academy: FilePrint have put together lots of useful information about printing and designing. The information in the Print Academy tends to be more generic and less FilePrint focussed; such as colour, bleed, paper sizes, etc.
Blog: FilePrint posts lots of issues and their answers into the Blog, which you can search.
Online Help: This explains specifically how to use the tools on the system, such as: how to install the driver, how to preview a template, etc.
