Re-Print Policy
FilePrint operate a 'no quibble reprint' policy, that states 'If you didn’t get what you ordered – we will immediately re-print your job and ship it to you'.
So as to ensure this offer is applied appropriately for our customers, FilePrint has the following policy:
What you Ordered:FilePrint's quality is based on the specification of the order. Re-prints will only be authorised if FilePrint fail to supply the document to specification. Issues where the customer orders a document where the document is incorrect or the details are mistakenly entered, such as number of copies, paper, setup options, etc, will not normally be re-printed.
When: Any quality issues should be raised with FilePrint within 3 days from shipping. Re-prints will not normally be authorised after this period.
Return to Printer:If a job has been incorrectly printed or finished, then A SINGLE document should be returned to the printer before a re-print can be authorised, if appropriate this can be done in electronic format. By seeing the issues with the print, the printer should be able to rectify any problems. If, however, documents have been damaged in transit, then each damaged document should be returned, for re-print.
This policy is exactly that, a policy - not rules. We will always look at each case on its own merits.
