Quality

Quality is the single most important aspect of our business. It takes a lot of time, effort and cost to get each new customer; the last thing we want is to let them down.

In any activity there will always be problems and things that are not quite as we would like them, and, printing over the web is no exception; however, to ensure we reduce these issues and help manage them, we do the following:

Automation

The vast majority of our process is run by our software, this means that we instantly reduce the number of human errors encountered. A typical example is when a PDF is uploaded to the site, the system offers printing options based on the uploaded PDF - only appropriate options are offered, which completely removes the chance of a customer ordering something that is 'unprintable'.

Simple

The process was designed from the start to be simple, it offers lots of options to support everybody's everyday print requirement - but there are a lot of things that we don't do - because the system would become too complicated. The development team is often ask to add extra functionality, but generally, we want to keep it simple.

No Quibble Re-print

If you don't get exactly what you ordered, then we will reprint your job and ship it out again. For full details, please see our re-print policy.

Quality Assurance

Each and every job goes through our 'QA' system. Each item has a delivery item sheet, on this is listed the properties of the job: size, bleed, pages, paper, finishing, etc. Every job is manually checked to ensure that it matches the information on the item sheet, it is then scanned and shipped.
