Library

The centre of the system is the library.

The library will show you all the documents that are available to order and allows you to create documents online.

By default the library will show you only the documents uploaded in the last 5 days.  To see all your documents click on the link “here”.

The library will show two types of documents:

  • Documents that you have created from a template or uploaded.
  • Documents that have been uploaded by the marketing team for all users.  These are easily identified as each has the key word Global in the title.

You can do any of the following with each document:

  • Delete (Unless it is a Global document)
  • Edit – change the document title or paper weight
  • Details – shows you a thumbnail of each page and all the settings.
  • Preview – allows you to download the PDF file.

To ensure you can find the documents that you require, the system will remove out of date documents from the library.  Each document will have an expiry date on it, this is set as follows:

  • When the document is first uploaded it is given 3 days before it is removed.
  • If the document is ordered it will be given a 1 month expiry date.
  • If the document is re-ordered its expiry will be extended by another 1 months.

Top Tip: Remember you can save the input for your templates, so if you need to, you can easily re-create them.
