Setting Up Your Jobs
There are two main ways to get your work set up on
FilePrint:
- Uploading
a PDF
- Building
Documents Online
Most of the documents you will be
ordering will be built online, however, uploading a PDF is very easy, so we
will look at this first.
Both these actions have links from
the top of the main library screen.

Uploading a PDF
Uploading a job is very easy, with this award winning
software.
1. Form
the Library screen, click on Upload a PDF File!

2. Click
on the Browse button and select the PDF you want to upload. Then click on “Open”.
3. Finally
click on Upload.
Top Tip: If you
don’t have a PDF file, see FilePrint
Driver, as this will allow you to upload any Windows file without having to
convert it to a PDF.
Top Tip: If your
PDFs are really big or you have a lot of them, the FilePrint Driver also has a more efficient upload tool which can
upload multiple PDFs at once.
Setting Up a Document
Once the web browser appears it will ask you to set up one
or more documents. This is very easy,
generally it should have already set the documents up correctly, the options
are as follows:
Title. This should already be set. If a file of the same name exists already you
will see a warning in red text, you have two options here:
Edit the Title by giving it a fuller name or adding a version number on.
Or
Leave it as it is and when you either Save or Add to Cart you will be asked it
you want to replace the original document.
Paper: There are several different types of paper to
select from, your standard is Standard Silk (100-120 gsm).
Options: Generally the correct option will be
selected, but you can scroll down the list to see what options are available.

When completed click on one of the buttons at
the top of the page:

Add to Cart if you want to order it
immediately
or
Save to Library if you want to order
later
Important Note: The software will
NOT let you leave the Print Options page until all the documents have been set
up correctly.
When a document is set up, it will appear in the library (in
the order in which it has been uploaded).
