#5 – Easy Shipping Options

Filed under: Online Printing — FilePrint @ 10:31 am

You don’t have to worry about shipping, we’ve taken care of everything. When you order with FilePrint, we automatically calculate the weight of your print, you then get to chose the carrier and type of shipment – like first or second class post.

All shipping charges are at COST, if you ship using Royal Mail for example, we charge you the same price that you would get from your local post office.

If you like you can enter a different address and we will ship it there instead. Once you’ve shipped to address, the system remembers it and you can select it from a drop down menu.

What do I do if my print does not arrive?

Filed under: Online Printing — FilePrint @ 10:37 am

The most common reason for our customers thinking their print has not arrived is that it has been delivered, but not got to the right desk yet – so before you do anything its worth just double checking that your print isn’t some where else in the building.

You can then check the status of the job by logging in and clicking on the Order Status and Reports link on the left handside menu.  You will then be able to find your job by setting the correct dates for the report.  When your job is listed, click on the blue I (Information) and all the jobs details will be shown.

Near the top is an area called Order Status, this will explain what status your job is at.  If the job has been shipped but not arrived, or still has not been shipped, there is a telephone number and email address under the Support Information, contact the Printer by either method and the problem will be resolved.  Always quote your Order ID, (that’s the number that looks like this example  22490-4-6-6222) when contacting the printer.
